Mattrob does not impose a separate fee for sending Mattrob text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You may opt in to receive text messages when you register for an account with our Website, https://pickupsbeyondbreastcancer.org/. Alternatively, you may also opt in by emailing your opt-in request to us at mail@lbbc.org. Your consent will remain in effect unless and until you opt out as described below.
To stop receiving text messages reply STOP to any Mattrob text messages you receive on behalf of LBBC. You acknowledge that you may then receive one (1) final message from Mattrob confirming your opt-out of that text messaging program. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages associated with that program will be sent to you unless you opt in again at a later time.
Your phone number will be used solely for the purpose of sending text messages related to the services, programs, and products you have requested. We do not share your phone number for the purpose of marketing to third-party marketers.
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying Mattrob immediately if you change your mobile telephone number.
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of Mattrob’s control, and Mattrob is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages).
It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of our text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
